Based in Brooklyn, these guys have been pouring their hearts out on stage since 2004. Pela is a true American rock & roll band, and we love that. Amidst today’s turmoil and uncertainty, Pela is telling the stories of our aches, pains, and beautiful possibilities.
The group of 4 was gaining some momentum in the Spring of 2008, when lead singer/guitarist, Billy McCarthy, fell off stage and broke his hand. Which brings us to another point - Pela puts on one of the best live shows we have ever seen (for serious). They took some time off to heal, but are wowing audiences again.
